\nWe have reliable information that yesterday, the day of the Todd Communications staff meeting<\/a>, one of his agents was attempting to sell “Butcher, Baker” in Anchorage, Alaska. That might explain the follow-up email to his staff. Then again… The book is still on offer at Amazon<\/a>. For $81.61.
