I called my literary agent today and asked to speak to his assistant, Carolyn Larson. Carolyn happens to be one of my favorite people on earth. I learned that she died in her sleep last week, at the age of 70.<\/p>\n

My heart broke. Carolyn will be much missed. She was relentlessly upbeat. Her joie de vivre<\/em> was infectious. Her acumen and professionalism were always spot-on. No task was too big — or too small. Here’s to you Carolyn. You were the best.<\/p>\n
