Sandusky, child sexual abuse\" href=\"http:\/\/media.pennlive.com\/midstate_impact\/other\/REPORT_FINAL_071212.pdf\">Freeh Report<\/a> on the Sandusky case, the 1998 investigation of child sexual abuse against Jerry Sandusky revealed the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong>May 4\u20136, 1998: Police Report, Initial Investigation and Psychological Evaluation of the Victim<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The boy\u2019s mother called the University Police Department and reported [a suspicious] incident to Detective Ron Schreffler around 11:00 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>Counselor John Seasock, who had a contract to provide counseling services to CYS, conducted an evaluation of the alleged victim.<\/li>\n<li>On May 9, 1998, Schreffler discussed the outcome of Seasock\u2019s evaluation with Seasock. While Seasock said he identified some \u201cgray areas,\u201d he did not find evidence of abuse and had never heard of a 52\u2010year\u2010old man \u201cbecoming a pedophile.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seasock was correct. But he missed something. Something huge. His jaw should have dropped. Because, in all likelihood, Jerry Sandusky had been a pedophile for <a title=\"Onset of Pedophilia\" href=\"http:\/\/www.childmolestationprevention.org\/pdfs\/study.pdf\">much, much longer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Early onset: Pedophilia is a disorder that starts early in life. Child molesters with the disorder begin to molest much younger children at an early age.
