The work of creating an eBook is… a (seemingly) endless series of steps and half-steps. Today’s challenge is to convert “Butcher, Baker” to Amazon’s Mobi format. The file is already validated in the epubcheck tool, and it’s all HTML, so maybe things will go smoothly.

But after using something like eleven different software tools to reach this point, it sure would be nice if someone developed an all-in-one tool for eBook publishing. Oh, wait… There was someone… Push Pop Press… Damn… Swallowed by Facebook.
